Explore Galle's Countryside by E-Bike
Overview
Start your ride from our Unawatuna office (recommended times: 8.30am or 2.30pm) with a warm welcome, tour briefing, bottled water, helmet, and a comfortable retro-style e-bike. Our expert English-speaking local guide will lead you through a scenic journey off the tourist trail.
Pedal past lush paddy fields, vibrant village life, tropical palms, and coconut groves, easily managed on a flat-tire e-bike. Ask your guide about local culture, plants, and wildlife as you ride. Along the route, you’ll explore a traditional coconut factory where locals turn coconuts into rope, a craft passed through generations.
Enjoy a refreshing king coconut stop, then continue cycling quiet roads through peaceful rural communities. This small-group experience (max 6 people) offers a personal and immersive way to explore southern Sri Lanka’s countryside, suitable for all fitness levels.
The tour ends back at the starting point, leaving you refreshed, informed, and inspired.
