Overview
Join us on a walking tour that begins among the glittering fashion boutiques of Via Tornabuoni and continues with the architectural splendor of Palazzo Strozzi. From there, we will head towards Piazza della Repubblica, the vibrant heart of the city.
The tour continues to the magnificent Piazza del Duomo, where we will stop to admire the impressive cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's bell tower and the Baptistery. Next, we will enter the medieval alleys of Dante's quarter to follow in the footsteps of the "Poet Supreme". It is here that we will discover a charming "wine window" (buchetta del vino), a curious and unique Florentine tradition!
Our historical immersion continues in Piazza della Signoria, dominated by the majestic Palazzo Vecchio. We will pass by the treasures of the Uffizi Gallery before discovering the gold of the famous Ponte Vecchio and the secret of Vasari's Corridor.
Finally, we will conclude at the "Porcellino" market to fulfill a local tradition: rubbing the snout of the little bronze pig to make sure that luck will bring you back to Florence very soon!
