Overview
The driver and guide will meet you at your hotel (or any other location of your choice to start the tour). After breakfast at your hotel, drive to Iskandarkul Lake via Anzob Pass (altitude: 2,950m) and the Anzob Tunnel (length: 4,800m).
Along the highway, you will see breathtaking snow-capped mountains and peaks, as well as local mountain villages.
The drive to the lake takes about 3 hours. Lunch will be a picnic on the shore of the lake or at a local teahouse before reaching the lake. You will visit Iskandarkul Lake, Snake Lake (a 20–25 minute hike round trip), Five Springs, and the Stone Flag of Tajikistan.
Then, hike for about an hour (round trip) to the stunning Fann Niagara Waterfall.
After enjoying some more time in nature, return to Dushanbe.
