James was a passionate, informative and engaging tour guide who conducted a very intensive tour and journey through the period of Irish history. Unfortunately we could not join him for the Whisky tour that evening

Our guide Alan was a great guide. He has a lot of knowledge about 1916 Rising and has a lovely personality. The walk around town was a great way to explore the city. An absolute success.

Meeting point

In the square in front of The Central Bank, Dame St.

On arrival

On foot:
The Central bank is located on Dame Street, one of the main streets in Dublin, so if you are staying in the city centre the best way to get here is by foot. Please note that we are NOT located at the Bank of Ireland close to Trinity College. The Central Bank is 1-2 mins walk from Trinity College, The Ha'penny Bridge & Dublin Castle in the very centre of the City. See the map above for it's location.
Dubliners are very friendly people so they'll be glad to give you directions. The Square at the Central Bank is a relatively spacious public area and once you are there you will see our guides in blue T-shirts and holding blue Free Tour umbrellas.
