The Heart of History: We’ll start at Dhaka University to see the stunning Curzon Hall and the Shahid Minar, the symbol of our pride. We'll pass by the artistic Doyel Square to see local traditional crafts.
The Mughal Legacy: Explore the majestic Lalbagh Fort and the iconic "Pink Palace" — Ahsan Manzil, sitting right by the river.
The Real Old Dhaka: We’ll navigate the bustling lanes of Sadarghat, witnessing the life of the Buriganga river, and find a peaceful escape in the greenery of Ramna Park.
The Authentic Vibe: Between spots, we’ll hop on a Rickshaw (Dhaka’s heartbeat) and grab some authentic local tea or snacks.

On arrival
I offer a very flexible meeting and pickup service to ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.
Meeting Points:
Airport Pickup: I can meet you directly at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (Arrival Terminal) and help you navigate your way to your hotel.
City Landmark: Our standard meeting point is the main gate of Curzon Hall (University of Dhaka). It’s a famous landmark, and any Uber or Rickshaw driver will know it.
Hotel Pickup: If you are staying in Gulshan 2 or Banani, I can meet you right in front of your hotel or at the Banani Super Market area.
How to find me: I will be wearing a Blue Shirt and holding a small sign with your name on it. I will also be available on WhatsApp for real-time location sharing. Whether you are coming from the airport or the heart of the city, I’ll make sure we connect easily!
Things to note
Dress Code: To respect local traditions and ensure entry to historic sites, please wear modest clothing (covering shoulders and knees). Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended as we will be exploring some narrow alleys!
Hydration & Snacks: I suggest carrying a bottle of water. We will also have the chance to try some authentic street food and local tea, but please let me know if you have any food allergies beforehand.
Dhaka Traffic: Dhaka is famous for its traffic. While we will try to stick to the plan, I appreciate your patience and flexibility if we need to adjust the timing.
Photography: Most sites are great for photos! However, some government buildings or religious sites might have restrictions. I’ll guide you on where it’s safe to snap those perfect shots.
Weather: It can be quite humid or sunny in Dhaka. Bringing a hat, sunglasses, or an umbrella is a smart move.
Customized Experience: This is your tour! If you want to spend more time at Gulshan 2 for shopping or want to see more of the Old Dhaka vibe, just let me know and I will customize the route for you.
Extra Costs: You have to pay your personal costs, such as shopping. All costs I will bear via your providing the tour price.

Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
