After you exit the metro at Kongens Nytorv onto the square, your guide will be waiting for you.

Just look around the moment you step outside; the meeting point is easy to spot.
The group leaves exactly on time, and we’re not able to wait for late arrivals.
We also cannot assist with navigation for guests who are running late, out of respect for everyone who arrives on time and is already at the tour.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.

Cancellation policy
