Although it was quite cold, the tour was totally worth it. Erika created a relaxed atmosphere, imparted lots of interesting facts and kept us "in the right direction" by using prominent points in the cityscape as orientation. Plus helpful tips for Porto - great.

I thought the tour was very good, the guide was very kind and explained everything we asked him, it was definitely the best.

We waited at the meeting point long enough and nobody informed us that the tour wasn't going to take place even though they had all our information numbers. I would not recommend it.

I booked a tour for 10am on December 16 for my boyfriend’s birthday which I received an email confirmation for on December 14. No one showed up at the meeting point and despite trying to call, email, message and WhatsApp, no luck contacting them until two hours later when they sent a WhatsApp asking if we still wanted a tour and apologising their booking system was having issues. They offered a private tour later that day but I didn’t want to chance it. I don’t like leaving a negative review, as I’m sure if they fixed this problem, we would have had a great experience. We rebooked with another company later in the day which saved the situation .

Horrible! Guide didn’t show up!

I booked the tour the evening before. Nobody showed up. I waited in the rain for nothing.
