Unfortunately our guide did not arrive, and didn’t let us know he wouldn’t be there, extremely disappointed.

The guide didn’t show up! No cancellation via email or phone. Very disappointing and unprofessional

We artived 8 mins before time at the statue stated in the mail. One couple was also waiting with my friend and me. Nobody arrives even after we waited for over half an hour. We texted the guide via the website but received no answer. Very dissapointing experience.

My girlfriend and I, along with two other couples, were left sitting by the statue, waiting. We sent a message and were ignored. Abusive disrespect.

We had a wonderful walking tour of Porto with Carlos in May 2026. As it happened, we were the only couple on the English tour for that morning, so it became a private tour. A few sprinkles of rain didn't deter us. Carlos was very affable and showed us many of the sites that we intended to visit anyway (like the most beautiful McDonalds in the world and the train station) - which means that we did visit them, but accompanied by explanations from a knowledgeable guide. Carlos is a great guide and it was a terrific tour. Couldn't have asked for better.

We arrived 3 minutes before the start at 16:30 at the start point. We saw a free tour. So we joined. We understood after 5 minutes that we joined an ongoing tour from the concurrence. But it was no one there from our group. So we continue with the concurrence group. No message of cancellation.

Carlos is a great guide; we all found it very interesting—even my daughter, who isn't usually that into history!

A great experience, a very enjoyable tour with fascinating information presented in a very entertaining way. Our guide Carlos was incredible, enthusiastically immersing us in the wonderful history of this city. We will definitely be back another time. Thank you.
