Our Guides
On arrival
Upon arrival at the Colombo Cruise Terminal, your private guide or driver will be waiting at the designated passenger pickup area holding a sign with your name or company name (Genuine Sri Lankans). After disembarkation and immigration, please proceed to the main exit gate of the port, where all tour representatives are allowed to meet cruise passengers. Our representative will be clearly visible and will assist you directly to your vehicle. If you have any difficulty locating us, please contact the emergency number provided in your booking confirmation for immediate assistance.
Things to note
• Please carry a valid passport or cruise ship ID for port entry requirements.
• Dress modestly when visiting temples (shoulders and knees covered).
• Comfortable walking shoes are recommended for city exploration.
• Colombo traffic can be busy; timings may vary slightly depending on conditions.
• This is a private tour, so you can customize stops within the available time.
• Please arrive at the pickup point on time to maximize your sightseeing experience.
• Meals, and personal expenses are not included unless stated in the booking.
• In case of delays or changes in ship schedule, please inform us as soon as possible.

Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
