Pickup Description:
Pickup is available from all hotels and residences in Colombo and Negombo areas. Customers should wait at the main lobby or main entrance of their hotel. If staying in an apartment or private residence, please wait outside near the main gate or roadside entrance where the vehicle can easily stop.
Your driver/guide will arrive in a private vehicle and will be holding a name board with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification. Vehicle details and driver contact information will be shared in advance via WhatsApp or email.
Please be ready at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. In case of any delay or difficulty locating the driver, customers are advised to contact the provided number immediately.
For airport or special location pickups, exact meeting points will be clearly communicated after booking confirmation.
