Overview
Important before booking.
* If you have Low Mobility or a problem with walking, this tour is not suitable. The more you walk, the more you can experience.
• Colombo is Hot in daytime, so pls bring Sunscreen/ Sunglasses / Water Bottles/Light luggage
• Please bring clothes to cover Shoulder and Knees when entering the Temple (entrant's ticket 500/= Rs for each)
* We do not wait for the late comers. The tour is professional and starts on time.
* Important Facts about GEM's in Sri Lanka can be provided according to request
* The duration of the tour (3–3.5 hrs) is indicative, as it depends on the pace of the group
This is not just a walking tour; I am a National Licensed Tourist Guide conducting an informative tour. Fair TIP range is 15–50 euros for one Person, but you are free to decide the amount you pay according to your satisfaction. On arrival
The meeting point will be at "Nelum Pokuna Theater, Colombo 7". I am wearing my National Tour Guide License Tag in front of the Gate - A. Please be there 10 minutes before the scheduled starting time.
Things to note
You must be physically fit enough to walk 3km. Also, if we are going into a Buddhist temple, please bring clothes to cover your shoulders and knees. Rs 500/= for each entrance ticket of the Temple.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
