With this tour, we will explore the downtown, the University, and the Historical Center.

It is a visit to the most historic area of Coimbra.

We will talk about the history, society, and traditions of Coimbra, and Portugal... It's a city full of history and traditions, Like every tour in Coimbra... this is a long tour (a little longer), where we can't avoid the climbs (be prepared to walk and climb some stairs, and some slopes)

Downtown (Commerce Square, Monastery of Santa Cruz)
Historical Center (Old Cathedral, Anto Tower, Quebra Costas Square...)
University (exterior buildings)
Botanic Garden
Largo da Portagem

Meeting point: in front of the entrance to the beautiful Agência Banco de Portugal, in Largo da Portagem.
