Free pickup is available from hotels within Chiang Mai City. Please wait in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Our driver or guide will contact you before arrival. If you are staying outside Chiang Mai City, additional transportation charges may apply.

• This is an ethical elephant experience. No elephant riding is permitted.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and walking shoes suitable for outdoor activities.
• Bring insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, and a change of clothes as some activities may involve mud and water.
• The program is suitable for families and children.
• The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions and elephant welfare requirements.
• Vegetarian meals can be arranged upon request.
• Hotel pickup is available within Chiang Mai City only.
