Leshan Giant Buddha Half-Day Tour
Overview
Morning departure: 8:20 a.m.
Afternoon departure: 12:40 p.m.
- Pick-up along the route and transfer to Leshan.
- Guided visit to the Leshan Giant Buddha and nearby highlights: Lingyun Temple, Nine-Zigzag Plank Road, the Three-River Convergence, and Lingbao Pagoda (famous for the saying “The Buddha is a mountain, the mountain is a Buddha”).
- Pass by Dongpo Pavilion, once the study of Su Dongpo.
- Optional visit: Oriental Buddha Kingdom (AAAA-level scenic area, self-funded, RMB 90/person) – Tang-style peaks, stone carvings, and Buddhist culture.
- Experience the Buddha’s Guidance/Buddha’s Affinity area for blessings, with expert commentary from your guide.
- Return drive to Chengdu.
Note: Traffic delays may occur on the way back. Please schedule flights or high-speed rail for the following day.

Things to note
Please provide your passport information (full name, passport number, date of birth, and gender) in advance to complete the reservation. Failure to provide the passport information in a timely manner will result in order cancellation and a cancellation fee.
All visitors are required to go through airport-style security checks. Please do not bring large luggage, camera tripods or drones.
Please ensure that all travelers carry valid ID documents/passports on the travel day. We will collect the ID documents of other travelers on site to issue e-tickets.
