1. Punctuality:
To respect the "spiritual rhythm" of our journey and the other guests, the tour starts promptly at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to start without you, and no-shows are non-refundable.
2. Physical Requirements:
This is a walking experience through the historic Old Town of Chania. Guests should be comfortable walking on uneven cobblestones and standing for periods of time. Please wear comfortable shoes.
3. Dietary Requirements:
The tour includes tastings of Greek coffee, honey, olive oil, and pastries. It is the guest's responsibility to notify Alyra Tours of any severe food allergies (nuts, gluten, dairy) at least 24 hours in advance. While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment in local shops.
4. Safety & Liability:
Alyra Tours acts as a cultural storyteller and host. While we prioritize your safety at all times, guests participate at their own risk. Alyra Tours is not responsible for personal injuries or lost/stolen belongings during the tour.
5. Cultural Respect:
We are visiting local neighborhoods and family-owned shops. We ask our guests to treat the residents, shopkeepers, and the "Soul of Chania" with the same respect and kindness we offer you.
Cancellation policy
Free Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts. Late cancellation or your non-arrival is not refundable.
