I'm a documentary photographer with over 36 years of experience. Curiosity made me a good traveller. Now that I live in Chania, I know a lot about this place. I know with the curiosity of the foreigner. I wanted to know everything about this place and now I'm happy to share.
My background is Merchant Marine Captain, but thanks to this knowledge I became a photographer for the National Geographic Society 36 years ago. I've been travelling to over 110 countries worldwide and lived in several of them. Now in Crete.
I'm Italian, so my warm personality is a distinctive side of myself. And I don't want to mention how crazy I am for food and wine.
I love to explore places and nothing is better than sharing this with someone who likes to see and learn. We will move along the narrow streets of Chania, exploring the old town and the Venetian harbor. Monuments and hidden places are part of the excursion. But, first to do, it is to tailor to your own interest and curiosity. Flexibility is my rule. So, a tour can be adjusted anytime during the walk together.
I can do in English and Italian. Conversational Spanish is possible too.
