On arrival
Our activity takes place in the heart of the historic center of Cartagena. We are located in a central and easy to find location within the Walled City.
To get there, you can enter through one of the main gates, such as the Clock Tower, which is the most popular entrance. From there, walk to the plaza and follow the signs or use a map app.
If you are coming by cab or private transportation, ask the driver to drop you off at the Plaza de los Coches or near the Clock Tower. From that point, it is only a short walk.
Things to note
We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes early. Our guide will be waiting for you with a visible sign or uniform, ready to welcome you.

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
