2. Cooking Demonstration. The chef demonstrates the traditional method of preparing Bukhara plov using a kazan (a large cast-iron pot).
3. Hands-On Cooking Experience. Participants are invited to roll up their sleeves and get involved in the cooking process.
4. Tasting the Dish. Once the plov is ready, participants gather to enjoy their creation together.
