Overview
In 3 hours, you will explore Bukhara cuisine, culture and traditions. We will visit Uzbek local house. Then we will begin to cook Bukhara region plov which is well-known in Uzbekistan. At the same time, we are preparing our home-made somsa. Then we will try to steam uzbek manti (dumpling) in the copper. While cooking the dishes, I will explain Uzbek house, tradition, culture, and you will try on Uzbek national scullcaps and robes. At the end of cooking class, we will taste all the dishes with salad and Uzbek bread.
