This tour is dedicated to the knowledge of the history, folkloric traditions, and the historical and cultural heritage of the part of the Argentine Latin American population that is a descendant of the Italian, French, Spanish and Portuguese European Latin populations, and of the British and Irish European populations that settled in the neighborhoods of Belgrano, Núñez, Saavedra, Coghlan, Agronomía and Villa Devoto in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, and gave birth to the regional folkloric cultural identity.
Most of the Argentine Latin American population, located in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, belongs to the current Friulian-Venetian Julian, Lombard, Piedmontese, French, Asturian, Galician and Portuguese Celtic Latin ethnic populations and to the current Scottish and Irish Celtic ethnic populations.

This tour has a duration of 4 hours, and has two schedules from Monday to Sunday, which are as follows: Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 13:00 hours and Monday to Sunday from 14:00 to 18:00 hours.
The starting and ending point of the tour is the obelisk of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, which is located in the neighborhood of San Nicolás.
