Overview
We will meet at an iconic spot in Buenos Aires to discover the most Argentine ritual: mate. During the experience, we will taste different types of yerbas -with and without stick, soft and more intense- and learn how the flavor changes according to the container: gourd, wood or metal. We will explore blends with traditional herbs such as burrito, cedron and mint, understanding their aromas and properties. Everything will be accompanied by typical sweets that balance the taste of mate and make the moment a complete experience. Among barley, I will share stories, curiosities and traditions about its Guarani origin, its expansion in the Rio de la Plata and its current meaning as a symbol of friendship and connection. In a relaxed atmosphere and outdoors, you will live an authentic encounter, where mate becomes language, culture and a shared pause that connects you with the Argentine essence.
