City Tour Through San Telmo
Overview
Discover with me San Telmo, the historic heart of Buenos Aires. We will visit the Parque Lezama, talk about the former Palacio Lezama, and the Museo Histórico Nacional. We also see the monument to Argentine-Uruguayan friendship and the monument to Pedro de Mendoza, the founder of the city.
We then walk along Calle Defensa to Plaza Dorrego, known for its antiques and tango. We visit the colonial house "Solar de French" and the church Nuestra Señora de Belén, where I tell you about Pedro González Telmo - the patron saint of sailors and the namesake of the district.
Finally, we will explore the Mercado de San Telmo with its special flair. The tour is in German - ideal for anyone who wants to experience history in a lively way!
This activity includes:
- San Telmo Market
