How come it's free? We believe that anyone can enjoy our tours, no matter the budget. Therefore, we offer free tours on a tips-basis, which guarantees that you receive an excellent overview of the city and at the end of the tour you can tip your guide as much you think the tour is worth.

On arrival
From now until the middle of January 2026, the Christmas market will occupy the Grand Place. During this period, the meeting point will be in front of the MEDI MARKET on the main square of Bruges (next to the Belfry Tower). Look for the guide with the red umbrella. After the Christmas market, the meeting point changes back to the statue on the main square. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time to secure your spot, and remember: If it's not red, it's not legendary!

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Free Cancellation
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
