Overview
Back at the kasbah, enjoy mint tea with dried fruit, then take part in a two-hour cooking class to learn how to prepare ancestral Berber bread, before enjoying your creations around the family table.
The experience continues with a guided hike through the valley's gardens, along the river, between Damascus roses and adobe villages, to a panoramic viewpoint. A complete day combining gastronomy, nature and authentic Berber culture.

Kasbah Planète-Bleue - Dades Valley, Morocco
Located in the village of Aït Bouallale on the RN10, Kasbah Planète-Bleue is easily accessible from Ouarzazate or Tinghir.
From Ouarzazate: take the N10 towards Tinghir, then continue for around 100 km to the Dades Valley.
From Tinghir: follow the N10 towards Ouarzazate, then follow the signs to Boumalne Dadès. The kasbah is located 2 km after Boumalne, in the direction of the valley.
GPS coordinates: 31.5600, -5.5800 (usable on Google Maps or Waze).
Transport: Free parking for private or rental cars. Cab or shuttle transfers from Ouarzazate/Tinghir can be arranged on request. A shuttle can also be organized to the weekly souk during the cooking course.
Things to note
Difficulty: moderate, suitable for hikers in good physical condition.
Recommended equipment: hiking boots, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunscreen, water bottle, light, comfortable clothing, walking stick.
