We started doing this tour in 2019, and it's constantly improved and updated.
Our Main Tour was created from scratch, based on the concept of free, tip-based tours worldwide, and offered a new understanding of walking tours in Berat.
The tour is the best walking tour that you can ever have. It is a great introduction to the city for both first-time and returners.
It covers the city's main attractions and the hidden gems that are well and truly "off the beaten track" and gives you facts you wouldn't know or notice walking around by yourself.

Things to note
People with back and leg problems are not allowed, as climbing the castle can be difficult for them. You should have a hat, water, and good shoes for the tour.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to $50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
