We’ll start at 6 May Park, by the statue of Mediko Gogitidze, Georgia’s first female pilot, and continue through lively streets where history meets modern art, including the famous graffiti dog Kupata, the Public Library, and the Museum of Art.
Stroll past City Hall, Europe Square with its Astronomical Clock and Poseidon statue, and admire the Drama Theatre and Alphabet Tower. Discover the love story behind Ali & Nino, the moving sculpture by the sea, and enjoy Batumi’s unique blend of cultures at Piazza Square, surrounded by music and elegant architecture.

The meeting point is at the main entrance of 6 May Park, in front of the statue of Mediko Gogitidze (the first female pilot of Georgia).
Look for a friendly local guide (or our group of guides) with a smile and ready to welcome you.
The park is easy to reach on foot from the city center, and it is also close to bus stops and taxi drop-off points.
Things to note
This is a free walking tour, but at the end, it is a tradition to thank your guide with a tip.
After the tour, we offer a free wine tasting with 4 authentic Georgian wines.
If you like the wines, you can also buy them on the spot – either to enjoy by the glass or to take home in bottles.
Please make sure your booking includes a valid phone number – this helps us stay in touch in case of any changes.
The tour runs in almost any weather. In case of heavy rain, we may reschedule for another day. ☔
Please dress according to the weather and bring an umbrella if rain is expected.
Wear comfortable walking shoes – the tour lasts 1.5–2 hours with several stops for stories and photos.
Tours may include guests from different countries – don’t worry, we guide in English, Russian, and Polish.

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.

You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
