From here, we enter the vibrant Born Quarter, where you will discover the impressive Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar and the Born Market, revealing medieval secrets and anecdotes of the eighteenth century.
The route continues to the magical Gothic Quarter, an authentic labyrinth of charming narrow streets, where the Cathedral of Barcelona and the Plaza Sant Jaume will tell you about the evolution of the city from its Roman origins to the present day. We will stroll through the emblematic Plaza Real to finish at the spectacular Palau Güell, one of the first works of Gaudí's genius.
During the tour, I will share with you local tips for you to explore Barcelona as if you were from here: from the best viewpoints to secret corners that don't appear in the guidebooks. On arrival
We will meet 10 minutes before the agreed time under the Arc de Triomphe. You will be able to find me wearing a white hat and an umbrella.
Things to note
It is a gentle hike; however, it is advisable to bring water to stay hydrated, and at some points, we will be walking in the shade. For the winter, an umbrella and adequate shelter are also recommended.
