Overview
With the guided tour of the museum you can discover, with the help of a specialized guide, the different areas of the museum where the garden with more than 30 different varieties of olive trees, the operation of the original ancient systems of milling and pressing of the late nineteenth century along with other tools and implements of the field. Finally, you will be able to visit "La Catedral del Aceite", the olive oil mill's cellar, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest in 1992.
After the visit to the museum, we will carry out a Workshop of Initiation to the Tasting of Oils, in which we will learn to recognize the main organoleptic characteristics of the oils, putting ourselves in the skin of the professional tasters. We will have the necessary materials (tasting cards, pencils, apple, water, tasting glasses).
DURATION: 2 hours approximately.
STARTING TIME: 11:00 a.m. (we accept reservations up to 10 minutes before the beginning)
