Overview of the tour in Baeza

We will start our tour in the Paseo de la Constitución, admiring its architecture from the outside. One of the highlights is the visit to the Old University of Baeza, although we must keep in mind that access to its interiors is subject to opening and closing times.

We will continue exploring the Plaza de Santa Cruz, where we find the Church of the Holy Cross and the imposing Palace of Jabalquinto. Our next stop will be the Plaza de Santa Maria, where we can admire the majestic Cathedral, the Casas Consistoriales, the Seminary San Felipe Neri and the Fountain of Santa Maria.

We will walk through the alleys near the Cathedral, observing the exterior of the Palace of Rubín de Ceballos, and then we will go to the Plaza del Pópulo, where we will find the Jaén Gate, the Arch of Villalar, the Old Butcheries, the Scribanías and the Civil Audience, as well as the impressive Fountain of the Lions.
