On arrival
To meet your guide for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque tour, please follow these directions:
Arrive at Gate 6 of the mosque, which leads directly to the Visitors Center. Once inside the Visitors Center, walk into the Souq Al-Jame, the indoor shopping area. Head towards the Cinnabon shop, which is a well-known landmark inside the Souq.
Your guide will be waiting in front of Cinnabon, holding a sign or wearing a badge to identify the tour group.
Please arrive on time and allow a few extra minutes to pass through security and reach the meeting point comfortably. If you're unsure, mosque staff at the entrance are usually very helpful and can direct you toward Souq Al-Jame and Gate 6.

Things to Note – Dress Code for the Grand Mosque
To respect the cultural and religious significance of the Sheik Zayed Grand Mosque, all visitors must adhere to the following modest dress code:
For Women:
Long, loose-fitting clothing that covers the arms, legs, and neckline.
A headscarf (shayla) to cover the hair is mandatory.
No transparent, tight-fitting, or revealing clothes.
For Men:
Long trousers (no shorts).
Shirts or t-shirts with sleeves (no sleeveless tops).
Avoid tight or offensive clothing.
Important Note for All Visitors:
Clothing, bags, or shoes must not display any images or prints of humans, birds, or animals.
Visitors not meeting these guidelines may be refused entry, so please plan your attire accordingly or arrive early to arrange suitable clothing at the mosque.
