Overview

Discover a side of Aarhus that many visitors never get to see. Just a few minutes from the city lies a stunning landscape of forests, wildlife, and coastline that we’ll explore on foot during this experience.

We’ll walk through the Marselisborg forests along trails surrounded by nature and visit Marselisborg Dyrehave, where we’ll have the chance to spot deer and fallow deer in a unique setting.

We’ll continue through some of the forest’s most beautiful spots until we reach the coast, where the landscape changes completely and we’ll be able to enjoy views of the sea and the beaches south of Aarhus.

During the tour, we’ll make several stops to learn about the area’s natural environment, discover interesting facts about Denmark, and take our time enjoying the scenery and taking photos.

An ideal tour for those who want to break away from traditional sightseeing and discover the natural beauty surrounding Aarhus with a local guide.

Meeting point

The Infinite Bridge

On arrival

The meeting point will be in the Marselisborg area, south of downtown Aarhus, and is easily accessible by public transportation, bike, or car.

You'll receive the exact location before the activity. We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start time. I’ll be waiting at the agreed-upon meeting spot so we can start the tour together.

Things to note

The activity lasts approximately 4 hours and requires a normal level of physical fitness. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, clothing suitable for the Danish climate, bringing water, and a small backpack.

The route runs mainly through forests and nature trails, so some areas may be damp or muddy. The itinerary may be adjusted slightly depending on the weather and trail conditions.
