Things to note
This tour is limited to small groups to ensure an authentic and personalized experience in the Spanish Quarter, an area that was once considered dangerous but where you can now immerse yourself in the true local culture and discover hidden corners and unique stories, far from the large tourist groups.
"Free Tour" does not mean free of charge but rather that it is a pay-what-you-wish tour, so everyone is free, at the end of the experience, to leave a contribution based on how much they enjoyed the tour, as well as the guide’s knowledge and dedication. We do our work with passion and dedication, and your support is essential. Please note that the platform retains a commission for each booking, so when you leave a tip, keep in mind that only a portion goes directly to the guide. A guide works with dedication, prepares each experience with care, and puts passion into what they do; for this reason, it is only fair to recognize their commitment with a generous contribution. It is important to have cash on hand to participate in the tour. During the tour, we will also make a pleasant stop at a local cultural association, where coffee will be offered; in this case, a small tip for the coffee is appreciated, separate from the tour fee. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation, as each no-show incurs a commission fee that we must pay to the platform.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
