Some other animals you can see in Yala are Sri Lankan sloth bear, leopard, elephant, wild water buffalo, fishing cat, turtles, Sri Lanka grey hornbill, Sri Lanka junglefowl, Sri Lanka wood pigeon, crimson-fronted barbet and black-capped bulbul.

A safari ride into the park, that is comprised of grasslands and shrubs, water holes, tanks and lagoons, and sand dunes also will promise you sights of beautiful landscape, which you must make sure to capture with your camera to keep with you forever.
