Overview
A tour divided into 3 parts, the first part lasts 30/35 minutes, crosses part of the forest of Ushuaia and allows to know a bit of history of the city, since there, until 1949, passed the train of prisoners, who cut and transported firewood to supply the city and the Presidio. The surrounding and nearby nature of the place is appreciated, with abundant vegetation: lengas, willows and several other species of trees, bushes and wild plants. You can see or hear some species of birds and sometimes some foxes. It is a superb place to walk, with clean and fresh air, without disturbing noises.
The second part of the walk takes 30 minutes, and goes to the "Nahiara" waterfall, a waterfall in the middle of the forest, at the foot of Cerro Bridges. Points of interest: Mount Susana, Beagle Channel, Airport, Kartódromo, Bridges Hill.
The third part of the journey takes 30 minutes and goes to the meeting point, but returning through quiet neighborhoods, seeing other points of interest: Mount Olivia, Port, Cruises, very nice houses.
Wear trekking clothes and shoes. Very photographic places. You can still see some sleepers of the small train tracks
