The tour is exclusively for ages 12 and older. No children under that age are accepted to ensure the quality of the experience and the smooth flow of the tour.

Meet in front of the Notre Dame de Strasbourg Cathedral with a red umbrella and Spanish flag. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time, do not forget to attach your WhatsApp number to contact you before the tour.

1.- Voluntary contribution: This is a free price tour, you decide the value of the experience! We accept cash in euros, dollars and also credit card payments.
2.- Headphones: So that you don't miss a single detail, we offer headphones for only 1 € per person. We only provide headsets to those over 15 years old; the euro is non-refundable and must be paid at the beginning of the tour.
3.- Cancellations: If your plans change, you can cancel your reservation directly from the platform. This way, your place will be available for someone else.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
