The schedule is as follows:
05:00am - 06:00am - Departure from Panama City
06:00am - 06:30am - Stop at the supermarket (optional)
08:00am - 08:30am - Arrive at Niga Kantule Terminal
08:30am - 09:00am - Departure from Niga Kantule Terminal to islands
10:00am - 12:00pm - Visit to Big Dog Island
12:30pm - 02:00pm - Lunch and activities in an extra island(depends on the season)
02:30pm - 03:30pm - Visit to a natural pool
04:00pm - 04:30pm - Departure from Niga Kantule Terminal to PTY
06:00pm - 07:00pm - Arrive at Panama City
