Overview
The Metropolitan Nature Park, a 573 acre (282 hectares) woodland, is one the few protected areas inside a major city in Latin America. It boasts an interesting avifauna, with more than 250+ species of birds, that is worth exploring. Its trail system offers you a good opportunity to experience the Panama rainforest.
