Trekking Sabaneta: El Romeral

Overview of the tour in Medellin

El romeral is an environmental and forest reserve located on the outskirts of Sabaneta in the southern part of the city of Medellín.
On the tour we will pass from the tall buildings in the center of the town to the traditional farms and rural areas, arriving at La Romera - a natural reserve that not only preserves the water and air of Sabaneta, but has a remarkable flora and fauna diversity. It is a perfect trip for people who enjoy watching birds, butterflies, flowers and trees, and also for those who like taking walks in nature near the city.

On arrival

To the main park of Sabaneta is easy to arrive because almost all public transportation passes near. or the meeting place can also be the train (metro) station.
