Christmas Markets Free Tour

Overview of the tour in London
We will start at the equestrian statue of Charles I and continue through Soho to start discovering the history of this festivity and the atmosphere of this time of the year. From its beginnings in the Middle Ages to its prohibition after the Protestant Reformation to finally flourish again during the Victorian era.
In the contemporary era, the Christmas illumination gained weight and, to discover it, we will walk through Trafalgar Square to Piccadilly Circus and the always wonderful Christmas lights of Regent Street. Of course, Christmas Markets! Wooden huts, handicrafts and lots of mulled wine, bring that warmth, color and charm so typical of Christmas and you can visit them on our free tour. Afterwards, we will go to Cecil Court. In Leicester Square we will know in depth one of the greatest works related to this holiday, "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens.
