Before your sunset at Belém tour:
Belém is an area most visitors see only once during their stay in Lisbon, so a little planning beforehand will help you make the most of it.
- Book the Jerónimos Monastery in advance
The monastery is the main must-see in Belém and can get very busy. If you want to visit inside, book your ticket in advance and plan to do it before the tour.
- Don’t worry about going inside Belém Tower
We’ll see the tower from the outside and get the best views and photo opportunities along the river. In my opinion, going inside isn’t worth it
- Save some room for Pastéis de Belém!
Of course, we’ll stop to try the famous original pastéis during the tour, so you don’t need to make that your first stop of the day.

How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
