Our Guides
On arrival
The meeting point is at the door of the Gran Hotel Bolivar which is located in the San Martin square, you can identify your guide by the cream vest with the Lima Cultra Tour logo.
Things to note
Please arrive a few minutes before the scheduled departure time so the entire group can leave together. Keep in mind that on this tour, you’ll spend between $5 and $10 to purchase fresh, affordable products (at local shops and markets, not tourist spots).
Remember that since this is a free tour, there is no set fee for the reservation; you determine the value of the tour based on your satisfaction and budget. Tips typically range from $10 to $50 per person, and these will help cover the website costs and the guide’s salary.
Important! You’ll receive a confirmation message one day in advance via WhatsApp or Gmail. Don’t forget to confirm your participation so we can assign you a guide.
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
