On arrival
Please read the following information carefully.
MEETING POINT: Piazza San Lorenzo, in front of the main façade of the Basilica (not the Medici Chapels).
To join the tour, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled starting time for check-in. The tour starts punctually. Late arrivals may not be able to join the group.
Look for the guides holding RED FLAGS. Audio devices are REQUIRED by city regulations. The rental fee is €1.50 per person, payable at check-in (card or exact cash preferred).
Things to note
This tour is TOTALLY FREE, no tariff is applied which means, it's completely free to book and join the group. If you like the tour you can leave a tip (some people give €10, some people give €50, you choose the price) to reward the guide and to support the project.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
