Overview of the tour in Burgos

Through a tour of the exteriors of the most representative buildings in the center, we will learn about the history of this city that was the Head of Castile.

The itinerary begins next to the magnificent and impressive Cathedral, at the foot of which we can admire its imposing facades, and witnesses hundreds of years of history, then go through the most important street of Burgos until the 16th century, today a pilgrimage route did Santiago.
Its streets are full of manor houses, and palaces of rich merchants who made their fortune from the export of Merino sheep wool.

We will stop at the medieval markets, with a stop at the Plaza Mayor. An obligatory visit to El Cid, in the square that bears his name, to finish at the Puerta de Santa María after touring the Paseo del Espolón and its stately buildings.
