A Taste of West Asheville

Overview of the tour in Asheville

You will learn all about West Asheville's history and about what it has come to be today.

You will also get lots of recommendations for where to eat and drink on the foodie side of town.

Finally, you will taste some cookies, pastries, coffee, and Thai tea from the delicious Thai Pearl, beer (discount), and receive discounts with local restaurants.

We will visit the rock n roll wedding chapel and tour Sunny Points' private garden.

On arrival

We will meet in front of the Dolly Parton/RuPaul Mural and walk down Haywood Road until we get to Archetype. It is not a round trip so you will have to walk back to your car.

Things to note

I recommend parking at Ingles which is about halfway between the start and finish!
