First, my name is Mohamed, and I'm a tour guide. The tour of Souk Alahad is amazing! You will visit the beautiful and famous market (Souk Alahad) in Morocco, specifically in Agadir, as it is the largest in Morocco and Africa. It’s a great place that you will love 1000% because I’ve taken many tourists on a city tour, and this is their favorite spot. It’s the largest market, and you can find anything here.
The Sunday market, or Souk Alahad, is open every day from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except on Mondays when it’s closed. It has 6,000 shops, walls, and gates, and it’s easy to get lost inside, but when you go with me, you won’t get lost because I know the area very well.
This market spans thirteen hectares with fifteen gates and has everything you could need. Each area specializes in something: meat, fish, and chicken, fruits and vegetables, spices, herbs, traditional clothes, a bazaar for magnets and leather bags, clothing shops, home materials and furniture, and places to enjoy Moroccan food like tajine, couscous, fresh fish, and a variety of juices. Finally, I will make sure you have a great time!
