The free tour will take us to the Plaza de América, which is flanked by the Museum of Popular Arts and Customs, the Archaeological Museum, and the Royal Pavilion. We will show you the great architectural differences of the facades of these three buildings before continuing.

3) All our guides have been trained in health risk prevention and the fight against coronavirus. The person in charge of the guides and the person in charge of customer service make up the Arkeo Tour® risk management committee and carry out daily monitoring of the safety measures.

4) In all our guided tours, we use voice transmission and amplification equipment. In this way, we guarantee the highest quality in the guide's explanations, and we can maintain a safe distance between group members.

5) Our team uses approved masks in all our activities and controls the temperature of each guide daily. Likewise, we will have hydroalcoholic gel for all our users to use.

6) We have digitized the entire reservation service, thus avoiding the transfer of documents between people. The reservation confirmation can be downloaded from any mobile phone to show the guide at the beginning of the visit. The sending of brochures and information is now also done completely telematically.
