During my time at Amazonas Federal University, I've got a lot of interest in studying Amazonas history and culture and managed to find surprising facts about my region, especially about subjects like the Amazon Rubber Boom and Manaus' Gilded Age, a time when Manaus became the 4° wealthiest city in the world.

Our Guides
On arrival
Our walking tour starts at Largo São Sebastião (Saint Sebastian Square) right in front of Amazonas Opera House. You may meet me there and we can start visiting the historical places according to you chosen route.
Things to note
-The only expenses covered are Taxi/Uber fares (for transporting personal belongings or for longer tour routes) and the Amazonas Opera House's visit tour tickets (it costs 20 BRL or 5 USD).
-You may bring at least 250 BRL in cash for your own expenses, such as meals, drinks, souvenirs, gifts, etc.
-In most museums only licensed tour guides are allowed to guide private tours by themselves. Even though I'm not yet licensed, I am able to accompany you on the museum's guided tours and serve as a translator.
-Essential items: Sunscreen, water, comfortable clothing, and hat.
