Overview of the tour in Istanbul

Being the capital of two empires (Roman, Ottoman), Istanbul stands out as a mixture of different cultural, social, and architectural traditions. Bearing that in mind, the city has many historical structures bearing the traces of these two empires.

However, it is not easy to witness the greatness of Istanbul and experience the city as a whole in a short period of time. For this reason, we will guide you to some of the most monumental structures of these two empires. One of these buildings is the Süleymaniye Mosque, one of the elegant mosques of Istanbul built by Architect Sinan.

In Süleymaniye, you can take one of the best photos of Istanbul since the mosque itself is located on the top of one of the seven hills of Istanbul overlooking the Golden Horn, Pera, Bosporus, and the Asian side. As for the Roman period, you will be mesmerized by the grandeur structure of the Valens Aqueduct, dating back to the 4th century. Moreover, we give you an opportunity to taste one of the most neglected and exquisite drinks of Istanbul today: Boza. We will drop by a well-known and historical boza-house in Vefa to experience the taste of this drink.

This activity includes:

  • Suleymaniye Mosque
  • The Aqueduct of Valens
  • Kalenderhane Mosque
  • Vefa Bozacisi
  • Shehzade Mosque
