A soothing, gentle feminine practice that cultivates embodied listening, sensory awareness and intuitive flow.
For an hour we are going to feed the goddess that we all carry inside in an environment conducive to that.

On arrival

We are going to meet on a point above the blue doors of Cala Pada Beach. From there we are going to the meditation point in the middle of the forest.

Things to note

Please bring something to sit on. It could be a towel, a cushion, or a yoga mat.
