Overview of the tour in Ho Chi Minh
1. We fill our stomachs with specialty food in town " Bo La Lot", the southern dish origin, learning the story of how this family business has been opening for 28 years and became famous. This restaurant was selected by Michelin and Anthony Bourdain used to eat there.
2. Next stop, watch the lady vendor grill banana and sticky rice at the corner of the middle of the street, and then you have a small bite of this hot dish right after she cooked
3. Walking down the tiny alleyways to a local vendor selling tasting 'Bánh Xèo" and "Bánh Khọt" – The Central and South Rice Pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables and herbs.
4. Explore the local area, where you can grab a beer to drink while walking like a gangster in town to the third dish called "Vietnamese Pizza"
5. Catch your breath by trying the fresh sugar cane juice
6. Tasting the northern dish "Xoi Man," hot sticky rice, pate, sausages, pork floss, & herbs
7. Last stop, we cross the street to explore other districts and stop at the most famous street food market and biggest flower market. Explore more dishes such as grilled rice crackers and drink homemade rice wine, one food challenge, and dessert
