  We were a couple visiting Rome, primarily for a rugby match, but wanted to make the most of our few days there.
  
  This bike ride was a brilliant day out - helped by the sunny blue sky, we saw areas of Rome that we would never ... Leer mashave found on our own. Our guide Arina was excellent, she safely guided our party of 9 through the city out into wonderful parkland. Her knowledge was excellent, no question went unanswered.
  
  The main sights for this tour - the Appian Way, Catacombs and Aqueduct were all fantastic - I certainly learned a lot!
  
  The tour was rated as "intermediate", but the pace was quite leisurely and the bike power helped on the few small hills we encountered. We covered about 18 miles in 6.5 hours, with plenty of stops - the pizza place to top up our carbs for lunch was cheap and very tasty.
  
  Would highly recommend this tour, and would use this company again for other tours.

  It was awesome. Guide was knowledgeable and caring in making sure everyone was comfortable and had the time they needed. Lunch was perfect.
